Photographer’s Responsibilities. For Delilah ("Photographer") hereby agrees to perform photographic services for Client at the Event specified above in a professional, workmanlike manner according to the prevailing standards in the industry ("Services"). Photographer may employ one or more assistants. Photographer is not responsible for the impact on the final product of any interference caused by guests or other vendors at the Event. Photographer will make every effort to obtain, but cannot guarantee delivery of, any specific images requested by client because of Photographer’s lack of control over the Event, its participants, weather, and any rules or restrictions of the venue or official conducting the Event.
If Photographer is exposed to (i) unsafe conditions, or (ii) objectionable or illegal acts at the Event, Photographer reserves the right to take reasonable action to remedy such a situation, including but not limited to leaving the Event. In such event, Photographer shall not be obligated to refund any of the fees paid by Client because of such action.
IMAGES, EDITING and COPYRIGHTS. Photographs/images produced by Photographer are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved). Upon final payment by CLIENTS, CLIENTS are allowed to display resulting images for personal use. Said images may not be altered or reproduced in any manner without prior written permission of Photographer. The CLIENTS must obtain written permission from Photographer prior to the CLIENTS, their associates, friends or relatives selling the photographs or publishing them commercially (Eg. Newspaper, Magazine).
Photographer does not provide any unedited images to CLIENTS as it does not represent the quality Photographer strives for. Photographer takes pride in the edited images, and images will not be delivered if they do not meet Photographer's quality standards. Please note, Photographer will usually re touch a few photos within a wedding collection. This is at Photographer's own discretion whilst editing, and usually does not extend beyond a 10-30 images.
Deposit/Payment. A non-refundable deposit (that shall be applied toward the total fee for the Services and will be set out in the Payment Schedule) is due upon execution of this agreement, at which time Photographer commits to being available to Client on that date (subject to non-payment, reasonable emergencies and force majeure events, see Section 11). Remaining payments of the balance due for the Services shall be made as set out in the Payment Schedule. In the event that Client fails to remit payment as specified, Photographer shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement with no further obligation to refund money (including the aforementioned retainer), to attend the Event or to supply images.
Copyright. All photographs taken by Photographer at the Event, in whatever form,are copyright protected. Photographer will allow reproduction and publishing for personal use (eg. wall hangings at home, facebook, blogs), but any sale or publication for profit without Photographer’s express written permission is a violation of federal copyright law. Photographer retains Copyright in all images taken at the Event. This clause shall survive the Term.
Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence upon the execution of this Agreement, and shall terminate upon Photographer’s delivery of the final, Client-approved album layout (“Album”) to the Client, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
Event Changes. Photographer must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location, at least 7 Days in advance of the scheduled Event date. If Client notifies Photographer by phone, a written (i.e. email)confirmation must be sent within 2 days of such notification. If the date of the Event changes, and notice is not given the period specified above,then Photographer shall be entitled to the retainer amount as liquidated damages for having to reschedule the event. The retainer amount will need to be repaid upon booking the new date, subject to Photographer's availability.
Cancellation. Upon acceptance of these terms and payment of the retainer,Photographer shall commit to attending the Event on the specified date, and shall make no other reservations for that date. If Client cancels the Event entirely, then Photographer shall not be required to repay any of the payments made by Client.
Price Protection. Photographer warrants all prices quoted for Event images are valid for a period of 6 Months following the Event. Orders placed after such period are subject to Photographer’s published pricing at the time of the orders’ placement.
Model Release. Client hereby agrees that Photographer may reproduce, publish,exhibit, and otherwise use images from the Event for instructional or marketing purposes without payment of any additional fee, provided there is no specific identification of persons or events appearing in the images.
Force Majeure. If Photographer is unable to attend Event due to fire, flood,casualty, strike, civil disturbance, war, terrorism, Photographer’s sickness, or other acts of God beyond the parties’ control, then Photographer shall return all money paid by Client (including any retainer), and this Agreement shall immediately terminate.
Indemnification. Client hereby acknowledges that Photographer may be limited by the guidelines or rules of the official performing the ceremony or the venue, and to hold Photographer harmless for the impact such restrictions may have on the final product.
Limitation of Liability. Photographer’s entire liability for any claim, loss, damage or injury arising under or relating to this agreement is limited to the fees paid by client for the services. In no event shall photographer be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if client informs photographer of circumstances that would give rise to such damages.
Event Meals. Client shall arrange with the caterer for meals to be provided to Photographer and 1 assistant (if applicable).
Waiver/Miscellaneous. This Agreement represents the complete and entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter herein, notwithstanding any oral or written representations to the contrary made before, during,or after its execution. Any amendments to this Agreement shall only be effective if made in writing that is executed by both parties hereto.
Protection of Deliverables/Retention of Files. Photographer shall take all reasonable steps to protect the images that are recorded at the Event until such time as the Album is delivered to Client. Once the Album has been delivered, Photographer shall have no further obligation to preserve the images of the Event, regardless of the form of media in which they are stored.
Promotion. I/we hereby give permission for Photographer to use my/our name/s and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade, promotional and any other lawful purposes such as promotion and marketing.
HOURS OF COVERAGE. Hours of coverage are continuous. Photographer will take small breaks as necessary throughout this period, and will confide in the CLIENT before doing so. Additional hours will be charged at $250 per hour. Photographer will notify CLIENT(s) on the night when photography coverage is ending. Photographer will only stay for additional hours when given permission by bride and/or groom.
COMPLETION SCHEDULE. Images are expected to be edited within 4-5 weeks after the event date.
EXTRAS. Photographer is within right to hire an assistant, or 'second photographer' at the cost of Photographer. It is asked that a meal be provided for photographer, and for the photography assistant/second shooter when required.

Inclusions: The Save the Date invitations are to 105 x 148mm in size, to any quantity the client desires printed on 350gsm white or ivory linen card with matching invitations to the same size, to suit standard Australian postage.
- Three round of proofs are included, with local delivery (Renmark, Paringa, Lyrup, Berri, Barmera, or Loxton) or postage available and included within the giveaway package.
- If three rounds of proofs are exceeded, the client is required to pay $50 to receive further proofs until the artwork is approved.
- The offer of 10% discount is on any wedding stationery the client wishes to pursue after the Save the Date cards are completed. This is made in one transaction at the completion of the job.Add On: The client may choose a different stock or print finish (emboss, deboss, and foiling) if they desire, with an extra charge to be quoted accordingly prior to artwork and print approval.

1. Both parties to the marriage will need to be willing and able to meet with Hayley Ramsay, Celebrant in person, in Adelaide, the Riverland, or another SA location by negotiation at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding date
2. Both parties to the marriage must be willing and able to sign the Declaration of No Legal Impediment to marriage:
In particular:
(a) neither of us is married to another person; and
(b) neither of us is in a prohibited relationship; and
(c) both of us are of marriageable age or, where one of us is under 18 years, that person has obtained the court’s consent to marry under the order specified above; and
(d) there is no other circumstance that would be a legal impediment to the marriage.
I make this declaration under the Marriage Act 1961 (Cth). I believe the statements in this declaration are true in every detail. I am aware that it is an offence under the Act to give a notice to an authorised celebrant knowing that it contains a false statement or an error or is defective. I am also aware that the Act creates offences in relation to bigamy, and in relation to marriage of a person who is not of marriageable age.
3. Hayley Ramsay, Celebrant, will contact prize winners to arrange a meeting to discuss ceremony details prior to selected wedding date. NOTE: If a weekday the ceremony must commence on or post 4pm.
