Upon receiving a written complaint, The Bugle Hut will acknowledge receipt of the complaint in writing within 7 days. The Bugle Hut will investigate the matters described in the complaint and then provide a substantive written response within 28 days from the date the written complaint was received by The Bugle Hut.
