TERMS & CONDITIONS
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of the invoice to secure the date. In the event this is un-paid your booking is not secured.
If you have any problems in making a transaction in that time, please don’t hesitate to contact me, I am very flexible and am happy to organise a payment plan with you. By transferring the deposit, you hereby adhere to the terms and conditions stipulated in this contract even without returning it signed.
Full payment is due 14 days before the wedding date. Again, you are more than welcome to organise a payment plan leading up to your wedding day, whereby I am more than happy to accept periodic payments via direct debit.
Please note that by paying your deposit via direct debit, you hereby adhere and agree to the terms & conditions of this document even if document has not been signed by CLIENT. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all parties. In the event that any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. Any agreement to waive one or more provisions of this agreement or any failure by one or both parties to enforce a provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other portion or provision of this agreement.
NOISE
Music is allowed until 10:30pm at volume.
Between 10:30-12midnight we ask you to move your volume to a reasonable level to be mindful of our Neighbours- if it can be heard beyond the River Shed it is too loud.
After midnight should the volume be excessive, at the neighbourhood discretion the police may be called.
So, in the best interests of your event we ask you to please be mindful. Although you are out of town, you are surrounded by families who still require their peace.
DAMAGES
Any damage caused by you, your suppliers or guests will be born by you as the event holder.
This is inclusive of any property adjoining The River Block.
Please be respectful and report any damage as soon as possible.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all times
DIRECTIONS
As a part of your check in documents, you receive clear instructions on how to find The Bugle Hut. We ask you to please pass this onto your suppliers and guests to avoid the neighbours and adjoining properties from having unwanted traffic around their homes.
RESERVATION
A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to reserve the dates and times of the EVENT(S). If the EVENT(S) are rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled; or if there is a breach of contract by the CLIENT, the retainer fee is non-refundable and shall be liquidated damages to Kiara Fisher. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for payment for any of Kiara Fisher materials charges incurred up to time of cancellation. Date changes can be made with an additional $100 fee. Deposit is non-refundable if CLIENT cancels wedding/services or selects a date Kiara Fisher is unavailable for due to date change.
EVENT SCHEDULE
The client agrees to confirm the schedule one-week prior to the EVENT(S). Notification of any changes in schedule or location must be made in a timely manner and confirmation must be obtained from Kiara Fisher by the CLIENT.
SAFETY
Kiara Fisher reserves to right to terminate coverage and leave the location of the EVENT(S) if the owner experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behavior from person(s) at the EVENT(S); or in the event that the safety of the celebrant is in question.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
In the unlikely event that the venue is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of The Owners, The Owner will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the EVENT(S).
CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT
In the unlikely circumstance you need to cancel your booking your deposit is kept as this is non-refundable from booking. The accommodation portion of your booking (able to be found on your reservation sent as a part of your booking) is also non-refundable but is transferrable to another date if cancelled within (3) months from the contracted date. In the event you cancel your event LESS than (3) months from the contracted date, your second progress payment will also become non-refundable. Please note: this is because we only take on a limited number of weddings each year - due to the nature of our business this will eventuate is lost potential income and us being able to secure another wedding to compensate for this. In the event you wish to postpone, we will allow this (6) months prior to your event with a ($200) administration fee; we will only allow (1) postponement.
